SRCG carried out a Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) assignment to evaluate SIPRA’s interventions across multiple states. The assessment reviewed program performance, beneficiary reach, and the effectiveness of operational mechanisms. SRCG also examined the extent to which the interventions aligned with the strategic outcomes defined in the program’s log frame and Theory of Change, providing an independent perspective on progress and gaps.
