The project aimed to equip local democratic stakeholders with the tools and resources to diagnose, forecast, and mitigate flashpoints for conflict during the political transition. SRCG conducted the assessment to outline key factors that enable conflict and underpin the latent grievances that could be exacerbated as the democratic transition unfolds.
