Noon is currently a DPhil Candidate at the Nuffield Department of population health- University of Oxford. Her research address areas of: health service research, maternal health, health care in Sub-saharan Africa. She has extensive experience in quantitative, qualitative research methods and systematic reviews.
Prior to starting her DPhil/ PhD Noon obtained a MSc in Global Health Science from the University of Oxford in 2017 and a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Ahfad University for Women in 2015. Noon has published in the areas of perinatal and global health.
In addition to her formal education experience Noon is a fellow of: War Child Holland child rights advocates in 2010, the United States institute for Student leaders at Simmons college in 2013, the Tallories network in 2015, the Mandela Washington Fellowship at Rutgers University in 2016, Women Deliver young leaders’ program in 2018.
